In 1994, the company started from the initial Wujin Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. and developed to be Changzhou Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd., which is the current Jiangsu Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd.. Through experience and toughening in the river of time over ten years, by transformation and upgrading of products, technologies and market, through continuous improvement of management system and increasing quality of the team, the scale of the enterprise gets bigger and bigger, sales rises year by year, and the enterprise has changed its development direction from domestic market to global market as a precision forgings manufacturer, and it has already become the world's largest automotive generator claw pole supplier.
- 2013
In May 2013, the expanded CNC workshop of auto parts was fully operational.
From January to June of 2013, Longcheng completed production of 25 million pcs and sales of 495 million Yuan, with an increase of 25%.
- 2012
In May 2012, the new plant of the second phase of expansion project began the construction, covering an area of 13,000 square meters.
In March 2012, Longcheng gained the certification of ISO14001 Environment management system and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety management system issued by the German TUV.
Since year 2011, Longcheng was honored for three consecutive years to be Bosch’s APAC preferred supplier and global excellent supplier of year 2013.
- 2010
In January 2010, Longcheng passed the batch production audit of SAWAFUJI from Japan, becoming the first supplier which is not a Japanese company.
In 2010, High speed railway and high pressure hydro-cylinder forging parts started batch production.
- 2008
In September 2008, Longcheng successfully entered the Russian market and began the large supplying, speeding up the customer diversification.
- 2007
In May 2007, Longcheng’s generator claw poles passed through the new product techniques and production audit, gained many patents, and even many honors such as the State Torch Plan project.
In October 2007, we began to build new plant over 76 thousand square meters in Wujin Hi-tech Industry Zone.
- 2006
In September 2006, Longcheng was honored to be the only VIP supplier of forged parts for Valeo Group worldwide. Claw poles were produced more than 9 million pieces, and production value over 200 million Yuan.
In November 2006, Longcheng changed its name to be Jiangsu Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd..
- 2004
In May 2004, Longcheng passed Valeo1000 and American Remy’s quality system audit, starting to export to Europe and America.
- 2002
In October 2002, Longcheng changed its name to be Changzhou Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd..
- 1999
In July of 1999, the techniques of forged claw pole production obtained the national patent. In October, Longcheng built motorcycle parts production plant in Chongqing.
- 1997
From 1996 to 1997, Longcheng Precision Forging was the largest production base of motorcycle gears, becoming the forged motorcycle part king.
- 1994
In 1994, Wujin Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. was built, mainly for forged motorcycle gears, with 58 workers, a net worth of 900,000 Yuan, and annual production value of 6 million Yuan.
