Longcheng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. Founded in 1994 is a 100% private Chinese company dedicated to hot forging and machining mainly for claw poles and pulleys for alternators.
Located in Changzhou city, 180 km North-West of Shanghai in Jiangsu Province, Longcheng is the biggest claw pole supplier in China and is among the 5 biggest in the world. We have fixed assets of US$ 6.5 million and a 2007 turnover of US$30 million for 800 employees.
Thanks to the efforts of all its personnel, Longcheng won the Invention Patent Certificate issued by the National Intellectual Property Bureau and gained gold cup in China Patent Technical Exposition Show. Following several years of ISO 9002 certification, Longcheng obtained the ISO/TS16949:2002 certification by German TUV in 2004, as well as the ISO14001:1996 in 2005.
By continuously improving quality at all levels, our company gained the trust of major customers such as Valeo, Prestolite Electric, Bosch, Remy International Incorporated, Sawafuji, Iskra, Schaeffler(LuK), Ingersoll-Rand, and in September 2006 the Valeo Group selected Longcheng as its hot forging VIP supplier, rewarding our outstanding performance in terms of quality, global competitiveness, productivity, world-wide presence, service, innovation and technology.
Thanks to its strong foundations, Longcheng is a fast and continuous growing company with a 2008 order book of 19 million claw poles with 80% for export to Europe, USA, Central and South America, 1million pulleys and 1million other forged parts such as hubs. Our 3 years objective is to reach a global turnover of US$65 million and to become world leader on our main market.
